Position Overview:

As an Inside Sales Representative at Karbon Bikes, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the outdoor adventure industry. This contract position offers a commission-only compensation structure and requires an individual with a proven track record in industry sales. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and convert them into fleet sales opportunities, catering to resorts, bike parks, destination tours, and hospitality businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify potential customers in the outdoor adventure industry who could benefit from Karbon Bikes’ high-performance mountain bikes.
  2. Sales Prospecting: Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through various sales techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  3. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers at resorts, bike parks, destination tours, and hospitality businesses, becoming their trusted advisor in mountain bike fleet solutions.
  4. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Karbon Bikes’ product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate the value of our bikes to potential customers.
  5. Customized Solutions: Understand the unique needs of each potential client and tailor our offerings to meet their specific requirements.
  6. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential customers, highlighting the advantages of partnering with Karbon Bikes.
  7. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication throughout the process.
  8. Market Insights: Gather market intelligence and competitor information to help Karbon Bikes adapt and refine its sales strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in inside sales with a focus on industry-specific sales experience.
